TDK InvenSense Silicon.

InvenSense 6-Axis IMUSmartIndustrial™

At the core of the Asense platform is a custom-calibrated TDK InvenSense MotionTracking device. This industrial-grade MEMS chip delivers high-precision triaxial acceleration and inclination data for sub-milliradian structural insights.

Edge-DSP Architecture

Engineered with an ARM Cortex-M0 processor closely coupled with the IMU, the node executes advanced spectral analysis and local decimation before transmission, drastically lowering cellular bandwidth and achieving micro-amp power efficiency.

Industrial Resilience

The entire module is encased in an IP65 chassis. It is designed to survive heavy dust environments, direct water exposure, and highly active urban construction zones without failure.

The Edge Node Blueprint.

Zero Infrastructure

Designed to be mounted directly to perimeter fencing or concrete piers. The unit requires no external power cables or local network access to function, eliminating points of failure.

Absolute Autonomy

Continuous operation is achieved through integrated solar harvesting and an internal industrial-grade Lithium-Thionyl Chloride battery backup offering an 8-year lifespan.

Cellular Uplink

An integrated LTE-M module establishes a secure connection to the cloud immediately upon activation, bypassing unreliable worksite Wi-Fi and the need for gateway installations.
